A savory dish with tender sirloin, cheese curds, crispy SIDEWINDERS™ Fries, caramelized onions and a rich brown gravy made with ale that brings all the delicious flavors together.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare onions according to package instructions.
Step 2
For each serving, prepare Sidewinders™ fries according to package instructions and place on a parchment-lined 1/4 sheet pan as a serving plate.
Step 3
Preheat convection oven to 400°F.
Step 4
Top fries with 6 oz. cheese curds, and drizzle with 6 fl. oz. hot gravy. Top with 4 oz. onions and 4 oz. steak slices. Place in a 400°F convection oven for 3-5 minutes to warm through. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley and fresh ground black pepper.
