FOOD SAFETY STATEMENT: THIS PRODUCT IS UNCOOKED. AS COOKERS MAY VARY, ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE I&J FALAFELS ARE PIPING HOT AND COOKED RIGHT THROUGH BEFORE SERVING.
Combi Oven
- 6 minutes
- 220°C
- Lightly grease a shallow baking tray with vegetable oil spray. Place falafels on tray and cook for 6 minutes.
Deep Fryer
- 2½ minutes
- 180°C
- Deep fry frozen falafels for 2½ minutes. Remove from fryer and place on absorbent paper.
Stove Top / Sauté
- 2½ - 3 minutes
- Medium
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium heat, pan fry frozen falafels for 2½ - 3 minutes, turning regularly. Remove from pan and place on absorbent paper.
