Vietnamese Curry

Edgell frozen Vegetables are the perfect addition for dishes like curries, stews and casseroles. Easy to store and have on hand for when required.
Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken in curry powder, fish sauce, chicken booster, sugar, lemongrass and garlic.
2. Combine coconut milk with 300ml water.
3. Sauté chicken in oil. Add frozen Edgell Onion, frozen Edgell Bite-Sized Vegetables, 750ml water and simmer. Once the vegetables are cooked pour in coconut milk.
4. Cook noodles following packet directions.
5. Serve curry with cooked noodles and sliced bread. Garnish with herbs and lime wedges.
