Spicy Broccoli And Tofu Soup

A light and flavour-packed Asian soup with broccoli, tofu and rice noodles.
Instructions:
1. Combine lime juice and soy sauce. Add tofu to marinate.
2. Sauté spring onions and garlic. Add water and stock and bring to the boil. Add noodles and cook until tender.
3. Add tofu and any remaining marinade, chilli flakes, frozen Edgell Broccoli and frozen Edgell Carrot. Return to boil. Serve with bean shoots, peanuts and deep fried enoki mushrooms.
