Spanish Style Stuffed Squid

Tender squid tubes, stuffed with Mediterranean style rice, paired with a rich red wine tomato sauce.
Instructions:
1. Combine filling ingredients and fill Topsail Squid Tubes.
2. Sous vide squid at 58° for 2 hours or until cooked.
3. Meanwhile, Sauté onion, paprika and bay leaves. Add wine, Leggo's Sauce and simmer.
4. Panfry squid until golden brown, serve sliced over a bed of red wine sauce.
