The perfect brunch bowl with Edgell Guacamole, Edgell Hashbrowns and Edgell Corn.
Instructions:
1. Combine capsicum, paprika and oil. Roast until golden and cooked.
2. Arrange salad leaves, capsicum, Edgell Corn Kernels, tomatoes, bacon, Edgell Hashbrown and egg in serving bowls. Serve dolloped with Edgell Guacamole.
