Slow Cooked Lamb and Vegetables

Bite-sized vegetables and lamb mince make for easy eating in this aged-care appropriate recipe.
Instructions:
1. Melt butter, sauté frozen Edgell Onion, garlic and Leggo's Tomato Paste.
2. Add lamb mince, flour and brown.
3. Add stock, oregano and frozen Edgell Bite-Sized Vegetables. Bring to boil, season to taste. Reduce heat, cover and simmer on low for 1 hour or covered in low oven.
4. Serve with mash potato.
