Classic seafood basket with battered flathead fillets, salt and pepper squid, salt and pepper prawns, served with wedges.
Instructions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon myrtle, capers, gherkins and parsley. Season to taste.
2. Cook prawns, I&J Fish, I&J Squid and Edgell Wedges following packet directions.
3. Serve with lemon myrtle tartare and lemon wedges.
