A colourful lunch bowl with crunchy salt & pepper squid and charred corn kernels.
Instructions:
1. Cook I&J Squid following packet directions.
2. Spoon rice in base of serving bowls and arrange cooked squid, charred corn, cucumber, capsicum, spinach and red onion in neat sections on top.
3. To serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with coriander. Serve with lime wedges.
