Plant based schnitzels are the ideal sandwich filler.
Instructions:
1. Cook Edgell Plant Based Schnitzels following packet directions.
2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, season to taste then toss through remaining slaw ingredients.
3. Cut buns in half and grill both sides. Top with slaw and schnitzel. Drizzle with extra slaw dressing if desired. Cover with bun lids and serve with chips.
