Roast beef, horseradish cream and beetroot relish are the perfect partners in this delicious baguette.
Instructions:
1. Season beef and brown. Roast at 180° for 30 minutes. Leave to rest before slicing.
2. Blend Edgell Beetroot and horseradish cream until smooth.
3. Slice baguettes lengthways and fill.
