Panko Whiting & Miso Tartare Finger Sandwich

Perfect addition to a function catering menu, the I&J panko crumbed whiting strips are sandwich sized and add a delicious crunch.
Instructions:
1. Mix miso paste with tartare and refrigerate for two hours.
2. Cook frozen I&J Fish following packet directions.
3. Spread butter on bread slices and top with tartare, whiting and cabbage. Remove crusts and slice into fingers to serve.
