Three ways to use Edgell guacamole on your taco menu.
Instructions:
CRISPY FISH TACOS
1. Make salsa by combining Edgell Corn, Edgell Black Beans, tomato, red onion and lime juice. Season to taste.
2. Fill 10 tortillas with Edgell Guacamole, salsa and top with cooked I&J Fish Bites.
PULLED PORK TACOS
1. Make slaw by combining smokey chipotle mayonnaise with red and green cabbage.
2. Fill 10 tortillas with Edgell Guacamole, slaw and top with pulled pork.
PLANT BASED MINCE TACOS
1. Combine Edgell Plant Based Mince with taco seasoning. Cook in a large frypan following packet directions.
2. Fill 10 tortillas with Edgell Guacamole, lettuce, tomato and cooked plant based mince.
