Perfect finger food or snack option.
Instructions:
1. In a blender add Edgell Four Bean Mix, garlic and lime juice. Combine until smooth.
2. Cut tortillas in half, char grill and keep warm.
3. Cook frozen I&J Fish Fingers following packet directions.
4. Spread bean mixture over each tortilla half. Top with sliced avocado, fish, grated cheese and roll into a cone shape.
