Instructions:
1. Grill Edgell Corn Cobettes until charred. Remove corn kernels.
2. Combine corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, tajin and fetta. Stir through Edgell Guacamole.
3. Cook frozen Edgell Hashbrown Fingers following packet directions.
4. Serve hashbrown fingers topped with elote guacamole, jalapenos and coriander.
