Barramundi burgers are served with rosemary tossed Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges, mushy peas, and tartare.
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen Topsail Barramundi Burgers following packet directions.
2. Cook frozen Edgell Peas following packet directions. Drain, add butter and mash.
3. Cook frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges following packet directions. Toss with rosemary and season to taste.
4. Serve barramundi burgers with mushy peas, sweet potato wedges and tartare sauce.
